Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the successful execution of customer projects, ensuring technical feasibility, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support to Customer Project Managers
• Coordinate technical planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Manage technical issues and critical interfaces
• Support multi-site and international projects
• Ensure resource allocation, project feasibility, delivery schedules, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Global Support Teams, and Customer Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of process analysis and project management
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in the machinery industry
• Availability to travel (~20 days/year in Italy and abroad)
• Experience in commissioning and/or project management of systems based on at least one of the following brands: KUKA, FANUC, or ABB is a plus
