As Business Unit Leader, you run Business Unit Textile as an independent profit center with full P&L responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. You own the interface between technology and market: from the strategic product roadmap and target-price logic through to the final deal, you steer the entire sales and product management team. Your mandate goes beyond managing a territory - you build a scalable organization, and within your first year you take it from an aligned roadmap to a unit that is independently auditable, with clearly demonstrable growth in revenue and margin.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who combines strong commercial judgment with the discipline to build lasting structure - someone who thinks and acts like an owner within the business.
The position is based in Como (IT) and reports directly to the CEO, operating within a highly international group. Close collaboration with the central Sales and Growth functions is an essential part of the role.
We offer a starting annual gross salary of €90,000 on a full-time basis, paid in 14 instalments, complemented by a performance-based bonus. The actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, relevant experience and expertise and may therefore be higher. xysqume
