Pre-Construction Manager Civil (EPC Projects Renewable Gas)

Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Lead civil tender preparation and pre-construction activities for multidisciplinary EPC projects.
• Develop civil tender, procurement and subcontracting strategies, including package scopes, interfaces and delivery programmes.
• Coordinate constructability reviews and develop construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics and programme inputs.
• Manage civil subcontract procurement from market assessment and enquiry preparation through bid evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Maintain continuity from tender through to project execution, ensuring effective transfer of key assumptions, risks, commercial agreements and contract requirements.

Qualifications

Your experiences

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years’ experience in civil construction, pre-construction, tendering or commercial management on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, constructability, sequencing, productivity, interfaces and programme development.
• Proven experience developing procurement and subcontracting strategies and preparing enquiry and contract documentation for major civil works packages.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and commercial issues.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 70000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
