Further information is available at ROLE MISSIONThe Merchandise & Sales Planner, based in Milan and reporting to the Head of Merchandise Planning, plays a key role in driving business performance through forecasting, analytics, and reporting activities. The role delivers actionable insights, enables data-driven decision making, and partners with cross-functional teams to optimize sales, inventory performance and planning strategies across global markets, regions and product categories, in alignment with Brioni's standards of excellence. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTELead planning and forecasting processes, including Sales Plan, Open-to-Buy and inventory projections, ensuring alignment with company objectivesTranslate business needs into analytical insights, identifying trends, opportunities and risks to support strategic decision makingOwn weekly and monthly reporting on business performance across all categories and regionsDevelop and maintain advanced dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor business performance and support decision making across functionsProactively identify business opportunities and risks, providing recommendations to improve sales and inventory productivityEnsure key business questions (What, When, Where, Who, Why and What's Next) are addressed through clear and relevant insightsEnsure data quality, consistency and accuracy through regular validation and continuous process improvementsPartner closely with Merchandising, Retail, Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory deployment, maximize sales opportunities and improve stock productivityWHO YOU ARESolid knowledge of Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldRelevant experience in Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning or a similar analytical role, preferably within fashion, luxury or retailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenProactive, organized and results-oriented approachWHAT WE OFFERCompensation: 35.000 – 40.000 Additional benefits: on top of legal benefits, we offer meal vouchersApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Abbigliamento ModaLevel: impiegato 6We believe in the value of diversity, equity and inclusion, nurturing an environment where every individual is valued, feels a true sense of belonging and is empowered to thrive as their authentic self. xlwpduy
