WPP Media is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team in Italy.

The successful candidate will contribute to defining and implementing marketing activities in the Italian market. The role requires a cross-functional approach, combining strategic vision, strong organizational skills and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, international counterparts and partners, managing CRM communications for the agency’s clients, preparing analyses and materials for management, and supporting the team in organising events.

Skills and Experience

• 
  
• Independently managing CRM and marketing automation activities, including the configuration and management of the platform, modules, workflows, templates and communication personalization logic
  
• Managing the end-to-end newsletter creation and distribution process, from planning through the development and management of the editorial calendar
  
• Ensuring the database of clients and stakeholders is kept up to date, accurate and properly managed, in compliance with applicable regulations and policies
  
• Monitoring email marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports and analyses, identifying optimization opportunities
  
• Analyzing data, market benchmarks and rankings, translating them into summaries and materials to support management decision-making
  
• Supporting the organization of events and the delivery of the team’s key marketing projects
  
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, local and international teams and external partners, contributing to the operational management of projects
  
• Hands‑on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
  
• Knowledge of key email marketing processes and KPIs, as well as experience managing databases, consent management and GDPR‑related matters
  
• Excellent analytical, summarisation, reporting and presentation skills
  
• Experience managing marketing, communications and event organization projects and activities
  
• Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  
• Excellent command of Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken
  
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with close attention to priorities, deadlines and detail
  
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and collaborate with local and international teams and external partners
  
• Proactivity, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a results‑oriented approach
  
• Experience in agencies, media vendors, international networks or B2B environments is a plus
