To make a difference, you will have at your disposal everything you need to grow with us: a management team prepared for the company’s future challenges, dedicated training courses, a dynamic team and the most modern technologies available on the market.We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Engineer ENDO to strengthen and further develop our Endoscopy business.The role will be responsible for the following key activities:Monitor the status of systemsPrepare and keep test and production environments up to dateAnalyze possible architectural evolutions of the software, simulating issues encountered on installed systems in order to mitigate themAnalyze and maintain over time the design documents of the installed systems/plantsSystematically update the software installed on the systems/plants.Work closely with end users to assist with deploymentThe role requires extensive travel in Italy and availability to travel in Europe.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements in terms of skills, experiences and qualifications: DevOps principles and practicesContainerization knowledge: Docker, KubernetesPractical knowledge of provisioning and configuration tools: Terraform, AnsibleContinuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processesVirtualization: VMware vSphere, ProxmoxMain Microsoft client and server platformsMain operating systems: Linux (Ubuntu) and WindowsDatabases: Oracle and PostgreSQLKnowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, Loki)Knowledge of major cloud infrastructures AWS, AzureStrong Networking knowledge essentialTroubleshooting mindsetOther requirements:Proficient in English and Italian with strong reading, writing, and communication skillsAbility to understand and produce technical documentation in English and ItalianContract type: permanent employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).The expected gross annual compensation range for this position is €62,000 – €72,000, defined on the basis of objective and transparent criteria, in line with the company’s remuneration and job classification system.Company location: Segrate (MI).We are an inclusive, highly collaborative company whose people support and drive our competitive advantage.
