Italian Financial & Banking Services, Lisbon w Relocation & Accommodation

We are looking for Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing professional support across a wide range of banking and financial services enquiries. You will handle customer interactions via phone email and chat ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon thats mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone email and chat aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from beginning to end including more complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions fraud-related cases disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair and appropriate outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers adapting your approach when required.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when dealing with complex situations.
• Share knowledge and provide feedback to colleagues to help improve processes and customer support.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Confidence when handling complex situations and making decisions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible risk-aware mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new systems tools and processes.
• Previous experience in banking financial services customer service or contact centres is an advantage.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
• Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.
• Holiday entitlement: 22 days per year according to Portuguese law

• Base Salary: 1391.83 month
