Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Aircrew Training organizational unit, we are looking for a Training Development Specialist for our Caselle Sud office.

The Aircrew Training unit, involved in establishing an Approved Training Organization (ATO) within the C-27J program, needs a resource to be employed as a Training Development Specialist in the development and implementation of training programs for pilots and flight crews in compliance with current EASA regulations and organizational needs.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Develop and update training materials (lessons, exam question databases, Training Manual…) for catalog courses;
• Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the relevance and quality of the content;
• Ensure the traceability of courses and training activities;
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify improvement opportunities;
• Participate in audits and internal inspections to ensure compliance of training procedures with current regulations.

Education: High school diploma or degree in technical subjects, preferably related to aeronautics.

Seniority: Junior/Expert

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Ability to design and develop educational material;
• Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Reg.(EU) 1178/2011 and certification specifications for ATO.

Behavioral skills:

• Organizational and coordination skills;

• Flexibility.

Language skills: Basic knowledge of English at B1 level.

How does the selection process work?
