We are looking for a facilities & utilities engineer to join our industrial Team in our Home Care Plant, based in Nova Milanese, Italy.
How you make the difference
This position is crucial for Bolton. The Utilities & Facilities Engineer manages most of the energies provided to the plant, ensuring that the critical infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably. By overseeing the thermal power plant, water plant, heating system, surveillance systems, they guarantee a seamless and continuous process flow. They are also tasked with overseeing civil works within the facility, which encompasses the maintenance and enhancement of buildings and infrastructure. This ensures a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all employees and operations. Moreover, they play a pivotal role in the maintenance and optimization of the plant’s resources, contributing significantly to the sustainability and productivity of the industrial area.
