Maître Restaurant Manager Castel Fragsburg (mfd)

We are looking for an enthusiast idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2027.

Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:

• leading motivating and training the service team
• plan and coordinate daily work supervise accounting management
• to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
• to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
• to record orders take care of the guest and pay attention to details
• to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
• to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested

Qualifications :

• Excellent knowledge of German English and Italian.
• A good knowledge of wines
• At least three years of experience in the same role
• Communication and management skills customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
