At Yokohama TWS, we are launching NextGen — our new Graduate Program designed to accelerate growth and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

NextGen is different from traditional graduate programs. It is fully personalized around your talents and potential.

Over up to 48 months, you will complete up to three assignments lasting 12 to 18 months each, across different business functions and countries.

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist!

The Pricing Specialist role is designed for young talents who are passionate about data analysis, pricing strategy and commercial decision-making, and who aspire to grow into global pricing professionals.

The role supports global pricing activities at Yokohama TWS level, contributing to the effective management of pricing processes, procedures and reporting while ensuring a timely response to changing market conditions. Working closely with commercial entities, Information Technology and other cross-functional teams, the candidate will progressively develop expertise in pricing analysis, market intelligence, reporting and pricing process management within an international environment.

Throughout the program, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in global pricing activities, supporting the monitoring of price trends and key pricing indicators, competitive price comparisons and ad-hoc pricing analyses. The role will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of pricing tools, reports and procedures, with a strong focus on data integration, automation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous monitoring of pricing trends, key pricing indicators and competitive pricing across markets.
  
• Support commercial entities in price-setting activities, providing relevant data and analysis to facilitate pricing decisions.
  
• Contribute to the development of pricing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timely availability of information.
  
• Collaborate with the Information Technology function to enhance pricing reporting tools, maximizing data integration and automation.
  
• Participate in pricing system and software implementation or integration projects, supporting business requirements and process improvements.
  
• Support the development of pricing insights based on competitive dynamics, market developments and macroeconomic trends.
  
• Perform ad-hoc pricing analyses to support business decisions and identify relevant trends, risks and opportunities.
  
• Maintain and update pricing procedures, ensuring their consistent application across relevant markets and commercial entities.
  
• Build effective relationships with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of pricing activities.

The gross base salary range for this role is between 27.500 EUR and 33.000 EUR. The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role-related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure. xysqume
