VP Financial Reporting & Consolidation We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong VP Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead Domyn Group Holding’s financial reporting, consolidation and accounting governance activities. Based in Domyn Group Holding, headquartered in Milan, the VP will oversee the financial reporting and consolidation of the international Group, including operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland, as well as future European entities. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the role will ensure accurate, timely and robust consolidated reporting, while supporting Domyn’s international growth, potential future IPO and relationships with investors, lenders and auditors. This is a high-impact leadership role combining technical accounting, financial reporting, systems transformation and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of Domyn's consolidated financial statements and Group financial reporting packages;
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and consolidation processes across the Group;
• Establish and maintain robust Group accounting policies, procedures and reporting standards;
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements for relevant Group entities;
• Ensure consistent accounting policies and reporting standards across the Group's operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland;
• Support the integration of new entities and countries into the Group's reporting and consolidation framework as Domyn continues its European expansion;
• Maintain strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (ITA GAAP), IFRS and US GAAP, supporting the Group in accounting policy decisions and complex transactions;
• Assess the accounting implications of new business models, M&A transactions, financing arrangements, share-based payments, revenue recognition and other complex transactions;
• Lead and coordinate financial reporting activities related to IPO readiness and potential future capital markets transactions;
• Lead the evolution of the Group's financial reporting and consolidation systems, leveraging Oracle NetSuite as the Group ERP;
• Support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite's accounting, consolidation and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. Italian Dottore Commercialista, Certified Public Accountant, ACCA or equivalent) is highly desirable;
• Additional qualifications in IFRS, financial reporting or capital markets are considered a plus;
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting or audit;
• Significant experience in international groups, preferably within technology, software, AI, telecommunications, infrastructure or other fast-growing sectors;
• Previous experience supporting an IPO, public listing, capital markets transaction or IPO readiness program;
• Experience managing external audits and complex financial reporting processes;
• Previous experience in a Big Four audit firm and/or a multinational corporate finance environment is highly valued;
• Experience in M&A, post-merger integration and accounting for complex corporate transactions is a strong plus;
• Demonstrated experience building or transforming finance functions in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations;
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate confidently in an international executive environment;
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Salary is based on experience, and topped up with other bonuses. We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive a variable bonus and company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 90.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
• Employment terms are governed by the CCNL Commercio, the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce, Distribution and Services sector.
