KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Specifically, when you join the People & Change team in Milan, you will also join our rapidly-growing team of young talent, who stand out for the quality and impact of their innovative projects on people.You will be involved in key transformation projects for large Italian and international clients, liaising directly with senior management of companies at the top of their sector.Specifically, you will be tasked with:designing solutions and models to improve the employee experience;organisational redesign of operating models for the HR function, with the aim of improving HR services and employee satisfaction;redefining talent management, performance management and learning and development models;leading organisational re-design and process re-engineering projects through change management initiatives, providing tools for implementing changes so that they become an integral part of the transformation (organisational assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis, mitigation actions, definition and implementation of internal and external communication strategies);assessing the impacts and expected benefits of the implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformation performances and implementing plans to fill in any gaps.Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:a master’s degree in management and production engineering or business administration;2 to 4 years of experience in People & Change projects, preferable while working in a consulting firm;leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management;an excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.Your Future With Us - What you’ll find at KPMGAn inclusive and equitable work environment that respects, encourages and values diversity;A challenging and dynamic environment that encourages creativity and teamwork;Hybrid work arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance;Advanced training and development programmes to stay current;International mindset and innovative projects;Initiatives focused on mental and physical well-being.Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from 31,000 to 51,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
