Junior – Insurance Solutions

We are looking for a junior figure to join the Insurance Solutions team of Deloitte Technology & Transformation in the Milan office with a Hybrid work model.

The reference business deals with transforming and reviewing the operating models of the supported financial institutions, following needs that may arise from the reference business/customer's market context/adjustments dictated by regulations in the insurance sector.

Your Role

The Junior resource will be inserted into a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:

• Support C-level executives of the client company with your team in activities aimed at maximizing profitability, implementing new business models, defining technological innovation strategies for the creation of efficient and competitive operating models;
• Develop and manage strategic innovation and cost reduction and optimization strategies;
• Rationalize the corporate information assets;
• Merger and Post-merger Integration of financial institutions;
• Optimization of core processes in the insurance sector (Corporate Governance Transformation, Underwriting and Product Management, Distribution, Claims) also through the use of RPA, AI, Blockchain, Digital transformation.

What we offer

The remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 27,500 and EUR 31,000 gross per year.

In the case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided.

The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.

The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Master's degree (obtained or 3/4 months from obtaining) in Economics and/or Finance or STEM subjects (with an interest in the Banking and/or Insurance sector);
• Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of the functioning of financial markets: payment system, main banking/financial/insurance products, regulations to which they are subject (Basel, CRR, MIFID, AML, etc);
• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad;
• Knowledge of the English language.
