Join us as a Senior Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, where you'll lead teams, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless fulfillment across our supply chain. This role offers high visibility, decision-making authority, and the chance to drive real operational impact.

What will you do?

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping to meet fulfillment targets
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and coordination of inbound and outbound logistics
• Direct and develop multiple teams, including performance management and career development
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Warehouse Management — advanced level; overseeing end-to-end operations from receiving to shipping
• Customer Orientation — advanced level; ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations
• Logistics Operations — intermediate level; coordinating inbound and outbound activities across the supply chain
• Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; maintaining compliance with safety protocols and security procedures
• Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency
• Change Management — intermediate level; leading teams through operational changes and new initiatives
• Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving complex operational challenges with cross-functional impact
• Warehouse Design — intermediate level; optimizing layout and workflows for maximum productivity
