What You'll Do

• Deepen your knowledge of regulations for the storage and distribution of human and veterinary medicines (DPR 309/1990, Legislative Decree 219/2006, Legislative Decree 193/2006)
• Support your mentor in managing pharmaceuticals in compliance with existing SOPs.
• Assist the Responsible Person in monitoring controlled temperatures, analyzing trends and deviations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate on narcotics management: purchase orders, periodic reporting, import/export permits, and documentation
• Contribute to root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using DHL's eQMS system

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Pharmacy/CTF
• Interest in logistics processes
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills in English and Italian
