ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recording and verifying incoming invoices (Italy, EU, Non-EU) related to the purchase of goods and services.
• Checking and registering import customs documents.
• Processing general ledger entries and adjustment records.
• Preparing tax compliance documentation in coordination with external consultants.
• Supporting semi-annual closings in accordance with Group procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma in accounting or a degree in economics or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Quality Assurance. This department is dedicated to make sure that our products consistently meet the greatest quality standards. They implement and maintain accurate quality control throughout the entire product life cycle. This includes conducting thorough inspections, implementing corrective and preventive actions to make sure customers are satisfied.

Human Resources. This department plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. We strive to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee growth and well-being.

Marketing and Communication: essential to showcase and bring testimonies about the company growing success, this department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of Officina Stellare. Serving as the face of the company, it coordinates and produces all materials representing the business. xysqume It is the Marketing Department's job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents the company in a positive way.
