TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for Project Engineers to join innovative digital projects, with a focus on software solutions, digital platforms, data-driven services, artificial intelligence, digital twin, and web and mobile applications. The selected person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex digital initiatives, ensuring the achievement of project objectives while respecting agreed times, costs, quality, and requirements. They will act as a reference point between business functions and technical teams, translating operational needs into effective digital solutions and accompanying the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to release.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end digital projects, from the initiation phase to closure;
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budget, roadmap, and KPIs;
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests, promptly identifying any corrective actions;
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.

Functional and Technical Coordination

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications;
• Coordinate activities related to software development, application integrations, data flows, and digital architectures;
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to ensure the correct progress of activities;
• Verify that implemented solutions are consistent with project requirements and company standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate communication between business owners, development teams, Data Analysts, suppliers, and technological partners;
• Organize and conduct alignment meetings, work progress reviews, design reviews, and steering committees;
• Provide timely updates on project status, highlighting critical issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Quality and Delivery

• Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, validation, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities;
• Support production release and post-go-live phases;
• Ensure the correct preparation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of main digital project contexts, with particular reference to software, web and mobile applications, cloud, data platforms, and artificial intelligence solutions;
• Familiarity with IT architectures, APIs, and system integration;
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies;
• Ability to understand and contribute to project and technical documentation (SRS, SOW, roadmap, backlog);
• Skills in planning and controlling time, costs, and resources;
• Ability to manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously.

Soft skills

• The profile is completed by strong organizational and relational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, results orientation, functional leadership, and a predisposition to work in multidisciplinary teams, as well as a natural propensity for innovation and continuous improvement.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines.

• The contract offered for this position is permanent and the expected salary for this position is between EUR 32,000 and EUR 37,000 gross per year;
• The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
