Job Purpose:
The Field Specialist IV - Fishing & Re-entry applies established techniques, procedures, and industry standards to perform complex tasks and service operations across a range of products and services. The role provides technical guidance and direction to junior specialists while leveraging extensive field experience and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational challenges.
The Field Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of products, services, and procedures, including making recommendations for modifications to equipment designs and development processes. The position also supports research activities, plans and executes field assignments, and works collaboratively to achieve operational objectives.
Acting as the primary interface with the client at the well site, the Field Specialist is accountable for the successful delivery of service assignments, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and client requirements. The role also provides on-site leadership and coordination of Weatherford personnel, ensuring effective execution of operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Salary to be offered starts from EUR 42,000 gross per year plus benefits.
