To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join us as


HEAD OF SALES

on a full-time basis.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coordinate and further develop the Sales Team, including people management, coaching and employee development.
  • Secure and sustainably grow the existing business, while defining, managing and achieving sales targets.
  • Directly manage our Key Accounts and our most strategically important and sensitive customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategically expand relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Act as the key interface between the Sales Team and our production facilities in Romania, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented collaboration.
  • Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and our market positioning.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development, ideally in a leadership role or a position with comparable responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a coaching, motivating and development-oriented leadership style.
  • Strong customer and solution orientation, with the ability to professionally develop strategic customer relationships and confidently manage complex challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
  • Very good digital skills and confident use of common IT applications and software.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business.
