As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the demand signal for a defined country or country‑category portfolio, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.This role offers high visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence business performance in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.About the RoleYou will own end‑to‑end demand planning activities for a specific country and/or country‑category combination within the Southern Cluster (Italy, Romania, Greece and Adriatic countries). Reporting to the Associate Manager Demand Planning, you will be responsible for building robust demand forecasts, challenging assumptions, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.This role is ideal for a demand planner with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond execution into influence, decision support, and cross‑functional leadership.About the Team / DepartmentYou will be part of the Southern Cluster Demand Planning Team, acting as a key conduit between Commercial teams and Supply Chain Planning. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.
