What impact will you make?

Manager - SAP Integration

We are looking for a Manager to join the SAP team at Deloitte Consulting in the Milan, Rome, Turin or Naples offices, who will work in Hybrid mode.

Deloitte's SAP business focuses on supporting our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.

You will have the opportunity to use technology and process knowledge to support companies in their digital transformation journeys based on the implementation of SAP solutions. We work on national and international cross-industry projects, collaborating with other Deloitte member firms. Our team intervenes when it's time to re-imagine business processes, also considering data, customer insights, operations, workforce, and markets.

Your Role

• The Manager will play a strategic role by leading the team and sharing their know-how.
• Responsible for client relationships and promoting business development.
• Leading and managing projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing the best architectures and solutions demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.
• Addressing and solving clients' technological challenges in an innovative and effective way.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen commercial relationships and create business opportunities.
• Participating in cross-functional teams across the Deloitte network managing high-level and strategic projects, involving the right capabilities to support project delivery and solution implementation.

What We Offer

The salary for this position is between EUR 51,000 and EUR 62,000 gross per year for the Manager grade.

The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, Distribution, and Services.

The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Master's degree in economics or management engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience gained at companies or consulting firms in the implementation or management of SAP solutions within national and international projects.
• Consolidated skills in SAP Integration (CPI, PI/PO).
• Skills in the development and application of AI to delivery.
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
