HR Specialist - Chinese Speaker

About the Role

To support the continued growth of BYD Italy, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Italy HR team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Employee Management

• Manage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes;

• Support onboarding, employment documentation, and employee records;

• Maintain employee information and HR systems;

• Support performance management and other employee lifecycle activities.

2. Employee Relations

• Handle daily employee relations matters and employee queries;

• Support employee-related HR matters;

• Organize employee activities and support internal communication and team engagement.

3. HR Compliance & HQ Coordination

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Italian employment regulations;

• Manage offboarding processes and related HR documentation;

• Coordinate HR-related matters with BYD Headquarters in China and the European HR team;

• Prepare HR data, reports, and documentation required by Headquarters;

• Support the implementation of global and European HR initiatives in Italy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment;

• Good knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices;

• Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory; English is required as a working language;

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills;

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
