Job Title: Junior IT Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern)

Job Location: Milan Via Lorenteggio 240 (Italy)

Work Policy & Hours: On-site (5 days/week in office 09:00 18:00)

Contract Type: 6-Month Internship (Path to Full-Time employment)

Compensation: 1000 gross/month 8/day meal vouchers (buoni pasto)

About the Role & Program

Kickstart your career with Huawei Italys Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technologies (Storage Servers Cloud & Virtualization) and transition directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Delivery: Plan design and implement B2B delivery solutions for IT domain products (Storage Servers Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure).

• Deployment & Integration: Install configure commission and integrate high-performance IT hardware and enterprise software solutions.

• System Optimization: Diagnose troubleshoot and fine-tune IT infrastructure systems to maximize performance data availability and stability.

• Technical Support & Client Engagement: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve technical issues support enterprise project rollouts and drive technology adoption.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field such as Computer Science Telecommunications Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.

• Technical Passion: Strong foundational knowledge of network architecture and mobile domain technologies.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities adaptability and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.

• Languages: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.

• Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
