We are now looking for another team member to join us in Procurement Department as Procurement Intern

What youll be doing:

support sourcing activities including supplier research quotation collection and comparison of commercial offers;

assist in the preparation processing and follow-up of purchase requests in line with internal procedures;

analyse procurement data to identify trends savings opportunities and areas for process improvement;

prepare and update reports dashboards and presentations for the Procurement Manager;

maintain procurement records documentation and supplier-related information in internal systems;

coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate purchasing processes;

provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the buyers.

What wed love for you to have:

degree in Economics Business Administration Finance or a related field or currently studying towards one;

good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data;

good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

proactive attitude and willingness to learn;

good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams;

good level of English.

If you have experience in the following areas this is an added advantage:

Knowledge of ERP systems

Expertise in commercial relationship
