Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.Reporting to the Transformation Director, the Transformation Project Coordinator supports the design, coordination and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across all the project streams with a specific focus on Supply Chain and Operations. The role acts as a facilitator of change and project execution, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, accelerating decision-making processes and supporting the implementation of initiatives across business functions.A key focus of the role will be supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory management processes, helping the organization to define a lean process, manage trade-offs, resolve operational bottlenecks and drive execution of seasonal initiatives.The position will also support strategic assessments and implementation related to outsourcing and carve-out opportunities, contribute to business case development and collaborate with business and technology teams to define process, system requirements and implementation process supporting transformation objectives.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain.Support the delivery of strategic transformation programs by coordinating activities, stakeholders, timelines and project milestones.Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment among business functions involved in transformation initiatives.Drive project governance activities, including planning, progress tracking, risk management, issue escalation and executive reporting.Support the deployment, governance and continuous improvement of the S&OP process.Coordinate and facilitate the Inventory War Room, ensuring alignment across functions and timely execution of agreed actions.Identify organizational trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities, supporting fact-based decision making.Escalate execution bottlenecks, project risks and operational constraints to ensure timely resolution and delivery of transformation objectives.Partner with business functions to implement initiatives throughout each season, monitoring progress and ensuring accountability for delivery.Coordinate initiatives aimed at improving planning effectiveness, inventory performance, operational efficiency and end-to-end supply chain processes.Support the definition of business and functional requirements for technology solutions, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to enable process improvements.Facilitate workshops, project reviews, steering committees and decision-making forums.Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support adoption of new processes, operating models and ways of working.Partner with functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps.Monitor project KPIs, benefits realization and value delivery against approved business cases.Prepare executive presentations, transformation updates and management reports for senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.Support the assessment of outsourcing and carve-out opportunities across Supply Chain and Operations.Develop business cases, quantitative analyses and recommendation materials to support outsourcing, operating model and transformation decisions.Support the business functions in monitoring the progress of outsourcing and carve-outs implementation activities.Promote standardization of project governance, reporting methodologies and performance tracking across the transformation portfolio.Required SkillsProject Management.Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management and S&OP processes.Process mapping and business requirements definition.Stakeholder Management and cross-functional facilitation.Executive reporting and communication skills.Business case development and financial analysis.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to identify trade-offs and drive decision-making.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Fluent English.EducationMaster's Degree in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering or Operations Engineering).Professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management or Supply Chain Management are considered a plus.What We OfferApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tessile IndustriaCategory: EmployeeIndicative starting compensation: 54,000Annual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreementBenefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, employees are eligible for further benefits and initiatives in accordance with Company policies, including smart working arrangements, meal vouchers, and private health insurance.
