ACTIVITIES

Your mission and role

As a Creative Content Intern within our Digital Marketing team, you will support the creation and production of engaging visual content across digital and social media channels. You will work closely with the team on both production and post-production activities, with a strong focus on video creation and editing, while also contributing to photography, graphic design, and day-to-day content needs.

Content Creation & Video Production:

• Create and edit video content for digital and social media channels.
• Support internal photo and video shoots, assisting with set-up, lighting, shooting, and post-production.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, real-time, and social-first content during shoots and internal activities.
• Create quick-turnaround content for social media and digital channels.
• Assist in editing images and videos, ensuring a high-quality visual output.

Shoot Coordination & Production Support:

• Support the organization and coordination of internal photo and video shoots.
• Assist with on-set activities and general production needs during shoot days.
• Support the team throughout the different stages of production, from preparation to post-production.
• Help organize content assets and support day-to-day creative and production activities.

Visual Identity & Creative Development:

• Ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity across all content outputs.
• Support graphic content creation and visual adaptations when needed.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media and digital content.
• Bring a strong creative eye and attention to detail to all visual outputs.

Digital & Social Media Trends:

• Monitor social media, fashion, and digital trends and identify relevant opportunities.
• Proactively contribute ideas for new content formats and creative approaches.
• Stay up to date with emerging social-first trends and platforms.
• Support the development of content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand's identity.

PROFILE

Education: Recently graduated or graduating in Communication, Digital Marketing, Fashion, Photography, Graphic Design, Media, or related fields.

Soft skills: Creative, curious, proactive, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, collaborate with others, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Hands-on approach and strong willingness to learn.

Creative skills: Strong interest and basic knowledge of video-making and video-editing. Good understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling. Academic projects, personal projects, or a portfolio demonstrating creative skills are considered a plus.

IT skills: Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Good knowledge of Photoshop is mandatory, with familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and Illustrator considered a plus.

Digital skills: Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital and content trends. Curiosity for emerging formats, platforms, and creative trends.

Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have: Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and development; basic understanding of lighting, framing, and visual composition; academic or personal projects related to fashion, lifestyle, digital content, or social media.
