HEAD OF MANUFACTURING
The Role: The Head of Manufacturing will lead Production, Production Planning, Tooling, Quality Management and Industrial Engineering, with responsibility for manufacturing performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The role operates within an international matrix organization and works closely with R&D, Product Development, Engineering and Supply Chain, supporting new product industrialization and launches.
The manufacturing environment is highly diversified and complex, with multiple product variants, colours, sizes and configurations. Production is carried out internally at the Italian site and combines industrial and automated processes with manual, semi-manual and craftsmanship-intensive operations. Production runs both during daytime hours and across three shifts.

Requirements
Experience in plastic injection moulding and/or in the sporting goods, footwear, outdoor or consumer products industries will be considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, a pragmatic and hands-on approach, analytical problem-solving skills, clear decision-making and the ability to communicate effectively with both shop-floor teams and international management. xysqume
