• Education:
• Degree (obtained or in progress) in Management Engineering, Business Economics, or similar fields.
• Diploma with strong interest in the world of consulting and logistics/production.
• Digital Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Interest or previous studies (exams, projects) related to ERP systems.
• Experience:
• Brief work experience (even internships) in companies or consulting firms is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Team spirit: you love to collaborate and share knowledge.
• Adaptability: you can manage changes with flexibility and goal orientation.
• Problem Solving: you like to find creative solutions to challenges.
• Other skills:
• Mobility: willingness to travel to clients when necessary.
• Languages: good knowledge of English.

Compensation and benefits The program has a maximum duration of 6 months and is structured as a training internship, aimed at professional integration into the company. The goal is to offer an operational learning context, dedicated support, and gradual growth of responsibility, with concrete possibilities of confirmation at the end of the training period. Monthly allowance

• First 3 months: EUR 700 / month
• Subsequent 3 months (from month 4 to 6): EUR 900 / month
