Digital and CRM Business Enablement

The opportunity

We are looking for an Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting the coordination and evolution of Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams. The role combines client advisory, stakeholder coordination, Digital delivery and continuous improvement. You will help connect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies, enabling markets and teams to translate these priorities into effective Digital and CRM initiatives.

Your role

You will take ownership of Digital and CRM initiatives, providing practical advice to clients and connecting business priorities with delivery activities. Connect business priorities and delivery

• Coordinate Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams.
• Connect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies.
• Translate business and market needs into clear and actionable initiatives.
• Help client and delivery teams align around priorities, expected outcomes and business value.

Provide client advisory and stakeholder coordination

• Build effective relationships with client stakeholders across CRM, Web, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Provide practical advice on Digital business priorities, operating models and delivery approaches.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and decision-making discussions.
• Communicate clearly with both senior and operational stakeholders on the client side.

Contribute to continuous improvement

• Contribute to the evolution of Digital operating models, processes and ways of working.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Digital tools and operational solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and collaboration.
• Promote continuous improvement across both client and internal teams.

Requested experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account leadership, product, CRM, Digital transformation, marketing operations, CX, strategy or related areas.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and coordinating initiatives across different teams and functions.
• Ability to work autonomously, structure complex activities and drive progress.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible, pragmatic, client-oriented and hands-on approach.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in international, multi-market or complex organizational environments.
• Previous experience in a consulting, agency or client-facing environment.

Additional information

The salary range for this position is €40,000 to €50,000 (annual gross). This reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay within this range is determined by a combination of relevant skills, experience, and demonstrated expertise assessed during the hiring process.
