The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

As a Junior Consultant, you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design and digitalization:

• Support project governance and PMO activities, contributing to the planning, monitoring and coordination of project streams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation and analysis to support decision-making and client engagement.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
• Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives.
• Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services.
• This position offers the opportunity to grow in complex projects, combining strategy, business process innovation and digital transformation, in an environment that continuously invests in people.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with passion for technology and its applications in finance.
• Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
