About the Role

In this versatile engineering role, you will work on innovative technologies in the field of industrial automation, machine learning and digital solutions, supporting projects from the concept phase through to deployment in production environments.

You will contribute to the development, testing, validation and operationalization of machine learning solutions, helping transform innovative concepts into reliable and scalable products.

Main responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of Machine Learning solutions
• Contribute to model monitoring, performance tracking and data quality management
• Support MLOps activities including model versioning, CI/CD and deployment automation
• Collaborate with software engineers and AI specialists to transition ML solutions from development into production
• Contribute to cloud-based ML environments and infrastructure
• Participate in testing, validation and continuous improvement of ML solutions
• Help define best practices for reliability, maintainability and scalability of ML systems

What You Need to Be SuccessfulKey Skills

• Master's Degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Solid foundations in Machine Learning and statistics
• Good programming skills in Python
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles and version control systems (Git)
• Interest in cloud technologies and machine learning deployment workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to MLOps concepts and tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based or agent-based applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Academic or personal projects related to Machine Learning deployment and operations
• Familiarity with time-series or industrial data is considered a plus

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 33000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
