Vignette Collection resort in Sicily , we are seeking a
General Manager
with strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for luxury hospitality, ready to lead this landmark project and position the resort as a leading destination in both national and international markets.
Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold luxury standards. Team Management:
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with key stakeholders across F&B, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations. Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within 4/5-star luxury properties. Strong background in F&B, commercial operations, and rooms management. Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in both English and Italian. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience with prestigious international brands is highly desirable.
What We Offer A unique opportunity to lead the opening of a new luxury resort under IHG's prestigious Vignette Collection brand in Sicily. Professional growth and development within Panoram Hotel Management's expanding, innovation-driven organization. A dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on excellence, performance, and continuous improvement. The opportunity to work with internationally recognized hospitality brands and contribute to a landmark opening project. Competitive gross annual salary ranging from €70,000 to €90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. An initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent contract.
