JOB PURPOSE

The HRIS intern will support the HR Technology team in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday, with a strong focus on the rollout of Workday AI Agent capabilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR systems, project delivery, and AI-driven transformation initiatives, contributing to the digitalization of HR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support configuration activities within Workday (Core HCM, Business Processes, Reporting)
• Assist in system testing, including functional and regression testing cycles
• Perform data maintenance, audits, and ensure data integrity
• Support Workday releases and continuous system improvements
• Assist in the implementation of Workday AI Agent use cases and automation processes
• Support documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Participate in testing AI functionalities and validating system outputs
• Monitor adoption and provide feedback for optimization
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external stakeholders on project activities
• Support project tracking, documentation, and status reporting
• Contribute to change management and communication initiatives
• Assist in the development of Workday reports and dashboards
• Support HR data analysis and data quality initiatives
• Contribute to tracking adoption and performance metrics of AI tools
