Your seat to fill:

• 
  
• Lead the end-to-end apparel design process, from concept ideation and seasonal direction through to final product realization
  
• Translate fashion trends, consumer insights, and CYBEX brand DNA into innovative and commercially relevant collections
  
• Develop silhouettes, patterns, color stories, trims, graphics, and other design elements in line with the brand’s creative direction and innovation principles
  
• Partner closely with Product Management, Softgoods Engineering, and Sourcing to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and production-ready
  
• Lead material selection, innovation, and testing, ensuring fabrics, trims, and constructions support the product’s function, design intent, and overall narrative
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and mills to identify new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions
  
• Manage design calendars, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple product categories in close collaboration with Product Management and Project Management
  
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful product development and timely delivery
  
• Identify and proactively resolve design, material, and production challenges throughout the development process
  
• Lead ongoing trend, market, consumer, and material research, translating insights into seasonal mood boards, trend analyses, and design concepts
  
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies, sustainable practices, materials, and forward-thinking design approaches into the product portfolio
  
• Continuously improve design processes, tools, and documentation while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout sampling and production
  

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
  
• Several years of professional experience in apparel design, product creation, or design management within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industry
  
• Proven ability to build and manage the design process from ideation through to production readiness within an existing business
  
• Strong understanding of materials, construction, pattern making, and silhouette development
  
• Excellent knowledge of design and PLM tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Photoshop, PLM systems)
  
• Demonstrated experience in design project management and cross-functional collaboration
  
• Deep awareness of market trends, innovation, and sustainability in apparel
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design intent clearly
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
