The Investment Center is responsible for supporting the Bank's investment strategy, portfolio management activities, and advisory services provided to financial advisors and clients. The team combines financial market expertise, investment analysis, and portfolio construction capabilities to deliver high-quality investment solutions across different client segments.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic environment, gaining exposurre in Asset Management or Financial Advisory activities while working closely with experienced professionals across the Investment Center.

Main Tasks:
Asset Management

The candidate will support the team in:

• 
  
• Monitoring financial markets and macroeconomic developments.
  
• Assisting in the analysis of investment opportunities across asset classes.
  
• Supporting portfolio monitoring activities and performance analysis.
  
• Updating and maintaining investment databases and reporting tools.
  
• Contributing to the preparation of recurring management reports and presentations.
  
• Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of asset allocation decisions.
  
• Supporting the evaluation of investment funds and third-party asset managers.
  

The candidate will support the team in:

• 
  
• Analyzing client investment portfolios and benchmarking their efficiency.
  
• Assisting in the preparation of customized asset allocation proposals.
  
• Supporting the maintenance and update of model portfolios.
  
• Preparing advisory materials and investment presentations for financial advisors.
  
• Monitoring investment solutions and portfolio performance.
  
• Supporting requests coming from the distribution network regarding financial markets and investment products.
  
• Assisting in the preparation of materials for high-net-worth, institutional, and corporate clients.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Master's Degree (or final-year student) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  
• Up to 2 years of experience in Asset Management, Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, Banking, Consulting, or Financial Services.
  
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products.
  
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
  

Nice to Have

• 
  
• Basic knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, or similar financial platforms.
  
• Knowledge of financial instruments, portfolio construction, and asset allocation concepts.
  
• Familiarity with AI tools and data analysis applications.
  
• EFPA certification or willingness to pursue professional qualifications.
  

The position offers employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito) and the Company

Supplementary Agreement of Banca Generali.

The starting gross annual salary is approximately €35,650.
