The Role:

We are seeking an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS & Thermal Registry team. You will support documentation management, assist clients, and verify regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with regulatory compliance inquiries and requests;
• Review, validate, and process technical and administrative documentation for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
• Input and update records on dedicated management portals and software;
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure all legal deadlines and obligations are met;
• Occasionally accompany colleagues on-site for inspections when required.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in Plumbing, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
• Genuine interest in HVAC regulations and statutory compliance;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities;
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills;
• Willingness to split time between office duties and client sites.
