• Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours when required

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
  
• Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs
  
• Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
  
• Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
  
• Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
  
• Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
  
• Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
  
• Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
  
• Address underperformance when necessary
  
• Engage with travelers during tours
  
• Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides
  
• Manage administrative tasks xysqume while traveling and in the office
  
• Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans
  
• Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high‑quality results
  
• Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills
  
• Ability to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models
  
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• Ability to travel as required
  
• Travel industry experience preferred
