The role

This role is open to candidates belonging to the protected categories under Italian Law 68/99 art. 1.

The Customer Interaction Specialist is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and effective assistance to customers. This includes responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also collaborate with ther teams to resolve complex cases and contribute to improving support processes, including financial services and first-line software support.
The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients via email, live chat and phone.
  
• Assist customers with financial services queries related to account management, transactions, and product features.
  
• Offer first-line software support, troubleshooting common issues and guiding clients through technical solutions.
  
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
• Understand and comply with the key objectives of the company
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Soldo platform to provide accurate and helpful information.
  
• Deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels
  
• Document and track customer issues, ensuring that all queries are logged and followed up appropriately.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  
• Carry out any other duties requested by the line manager in relation to the role.
  

We're looking for someone who must have

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" attitude.
  
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
  
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in financial services or software support.
  
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.
  
• A customer-centric approach with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in a financial services or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  
• Familiarity with financial transactions, banking, or corporate account management.
