You’ll work across the stack, from APIs to web interfaces, contributing to new features, architecture, and performance.We are hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer for our Supply Platform (built in Nest & Vue).What you'll do:Support the PMs, EM and the team in developing front-end and backend solutions (end user-facing and administrative user-facing) according to UX/UI designs, guaranteeing quality and scalabilityHelp the team identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements, managing the Technical ComplexityHelp us maximize the user experience and quality of our productWhat you’ll bring to the table:You have proven experience (4/5+ years) in autonomously managing and delivering projects, stakeholders and other team members to guarantee cooperation, communication and alignmentYou have experience in tech leadership, and know when to delegate, when to manage, and when to leadYou are fully autonomous in managing project requirements, implementation and delivery of backend/frontend solutionsYou have an outcome and product driven mindset in your solutionsYou have experience in delivery management and Agile practicesYou have experience in working with Product and Design on finding optimal solutions to business requirementsYou are already familiar and an advocate in using AI in your development workflow, with AI IDEs (Cursor/Copilot) and CLIs (Claude Code CLI or Gemini CLI)Fluent English; comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-market, remote-first environmentTechnological experience with:Vue / Nuxt3 (or React) and TypescriptNode & NestJSSEO and UI/UX on mobile and desktop applicationsRESTful APIs and/or GraphQLUnit and integration testsSQL Postgres/BigQuery (or MySQL databases)Git, Github, Github Actions (or alternatives)Docker and managing containers in development environmentBonus points:Clean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID principlesVitest / Jest / PestMicroservices, RabbitMQ, KafkaA/B testing tools and domain-driven designYou’re already part of the WeRoad communityHere you can check our tech stack.You will love working at WeRoad if:You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn't think possible.
