The position will be based in Milan.RAL starting from 35.600 euro + ticket restaurantCCNL CreditoYou will primarily be responsible for:Processing and reconciling foreign tax transactions, including withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal proceduresSupporting the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are metMaintaining up-to-date records of fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems and databasesMonitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standardsLiaising with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues and ensure timely completion of processesStaying updated on relevant fiscal regulations and market practices, particularly in France, Italy and the US, to ensure ongoing complianceSupporting the daily maintenance and update of fiscal and tax-related data in internal systemsAssisting in the preparation of reports and reconciliations for fiscal processes and auditsIdentifying and escalating discrepancies, risks or issues in fiscal processing to management, and contributing to the implementation of corrective actionsCollaborating with other back office and compliance teams to ensure alignment of fiscal processes with broader operational and regulatory requirementsContributing to the continuous improvement of fiscal service operations procedures and controlsYour profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance or a related fieldTwo to three years of experience in a back office, fiscal operations or similar role within financial services is an advantageFluency in English is required; knowledge of other European languages (such as French, Italian or Dutch) is an advantageStrong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasksExcellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in processingStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly understand complex operational and regulatory mattersProactive approach and willingness to learnExperience working with international teams is an advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation – and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
