In particolare, entrerai a far parte del Team CIO Advisory di Milano, esperto di architetture e soluzioni di data management che supporta i CIO nell’evoluzione digitale del loro percorso, nel loro journey verso il cloud, dalla strategia all’esecuzione e dalla visione al valore reale. Entrerai a far parte di un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, per clienti di alto livello altamente visibili nei mercati dei servizi finanziari, dell’energia, del settore pubblico e dei consumatori e industriali.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Sei il candidato ideale se hai interesse a lavorare sulla sede di MILANOe hai maturato 6-10 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o in contesti aziendali fortemente orientati all’innovazione tecnologica.

Per essere il candidato ideale devi aver avuto esperiente significative in almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti:

• IT STRATEGY definizione di strategie ICT: redazione di piani di sistemi e piani strategici ICT, valutazioni di business case e case for change di iniziative IT complesse, con focus sugli ambiti infrastrutturali e cloud
• IT ARCHITECTURE E CLOUD, capacità di definire il landscape infrastrutturale anche in ottica cloud, strategie di migrazione al Cloud e conoscenza delle principali soluzioni in ambito.
• IT INFRASTRUCTURE Capacità nel disegno di infrastrutture complesse e valutazione delle soluzioni di alta affidabilità e Disaster Recovery. Conoscenza delle principali soluzioni IT Operations.
• IT TELCO. Capacità nel disegno ad alto livello di soluzioni di connettività e valutazione delle stesse rispetto agli ambiti di evoluzione o gestione.
• IT SOURCING capacità di gestione di gare IT complesse, supporto alla valutazione strategica dell’investimento con modelli di valutazione e business case relativamente all’approvvigionamento di soluzioni tecnologiche, come Datacenter, TLC, Servizi di gestione IT.
• IT PROCESSES Analisi e disegno di processi IT di trasformazione digitale secondo le metodologie di ITIL
  
  

Ulteriori aspetti che ti qualificano come il candidato ideale sono:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Gestionale o affini
• Ottima e comprovata conoscenza della lingua inglese,
• Buone doti comunicative e relazionali con possibilità di presidio di tavoli internazionali
• Utilizzo avanzato di software quali: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI o similari
• Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e attitudine al problem solving
• Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e trasferte
• Certificazioni di IT Service Management (ITIL) o altre (SAFe, , ServiceNow etc.)

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 52.000 e € 65.000, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione. The experts at Nolan Norton, KPMG’s IT Strategy firm, help organizations face digital transformation challenges and implement IT architectures. Specifically, you will join the CIO Advisory Team in Milan, which specializes in architectures and data management solutions, supporting CIOs in their digital transformation journey toward the cloud—from strategy to execution, and from vision to real value. You will be part of a dynamic and stimulating environment, working with high-profile clients in the financial services, energy, public sector, and consumer and industrial markets.

Come As You Are – Your Skills And Qualities

You are the ideal candidate if you are interested in working in MILAN and have 6–10 years of experience in consulting firms or in companies strongly focused on technological innovation.

To be the ideal candidate, you should have significant experience in at least one of the following areas:

• IT STRATEGY: Defining ICT strategies, drafting system and strategic ICT plans, evaluating business cases and case-for-change for complex IT initiatives, with a focus on infrastructure and cloud.
• IT ARCHITECTURE AND CLOUD: Ability to define infrastructure landscapes with a cloud perspective, cloud migration strategies, and knowledge of major solutions in the field.
• IT INFRASTRUCTURE: Designing complex infrastructures and evaluating high-availability and disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge of major IT operations solutions.
• IT TELCO: High-level design of connectivity solutions and evaluation in terms of evolution or management.
• IT SOURCING: Managing complex IT tenders, supporting strategic investment evaluations with assessment models and business cases for procuring technology solutions such as data centers, telecommunications, and IT management services.
• IT PROCESSES: Analyzing and designing IT processes for digital transformation using ITIL methodologies.
  
  

Additional qualifications that make you the ideal candidate include:

• Degree in Computer, Electronic, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent and proven knowledge of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in international meetings
• Advanced use of software such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar
• Strong goal orientation and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to travel frequently
• IT Service Management certifications (ITIL) or others (SAFe, ServiceNow, etc.)

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €52,000 to €65,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
