Experienced - PMO Technology Strategy

We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join the Enterprise Architecture team of Deloitte Consulting in Milan and Rome, working in a Hybrid mode.

The Enterprise Architecture business deals with challenging projects: from the transformation of the support platform for large clients, to Budgeting & Controlling processes on Cloud solutions and AFC processes or Program Management Office for large and small, Italian and international clients.

Your Role

The Experienced resource will be part of a work team and will be responsible for:

• supporting companies in the implementation process of technological solutions, from concept to implementation;
• supporting in defining multi-year IT transformation plans and defining the related Enterprise Architecture and adoption roadmap;
• specializing as Technology Advisory to the CXO to support the growth and digital transformation of the business through technology;
• developing and integrating software solutions and dealing with projects in the Technology Strategy area.

What we offer

The expected salary for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 37,500 gross annually for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 40,000 and EUR 49,000 gross annually for the Senior Consultant grade.

The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.

The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM or Economics;
• At least 2 years of experience in leading consulting firms in at least one of the following industries: Public Sector, Financial Services, Telco, Manufacturing, International Institutions, Revenue Assurance, and in Programme and Project management in complex projects;
• Knowledge of the main technologies applied to ICT Governance and/or ITIL and TOGAF frameworks and basic knowledge of methodologies for process definition and modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN);
• Experience in projects of gathering business needs, defining functional and non-functional requirements, designing functional architectures;
• Knowledge and proficiency in Data Analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ClickView);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Availability to travel, including internationally.
