As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Black & White Engineering in Milan, you will support the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions for data centre and critical infrastructure projects. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across all stages of project delivery while building the technical and professional skills needed for a successful engineering career.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or due to graduate within the next 12 months.
  
• Strong academic understanding of civil engineering principles and design fundamentals.
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other relevant engineering software is advantageous.
  
• Interest in infrastructure, construction and data centre projects.
  
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
