WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. you will coordinate and govern complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with high quality standards. You will manage multi-project and multidisciplinary teams, facilitating seamless collaboration between technical and business stakeholders while applying Agile principles where applicable to promote iterative and incremental delivery practices. Throughout the process, you will keep projects strictly aligned with business objectives, provide regular progress updates to senior management, and actively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and interdependencies. Furthermore, you will support the definition of roadmaps and key milestones, working closely with Product Owners to manage stakeholders and prioritize work items. Finally, you will gain a high-level understanding of technical architectures and solutions to engage effectively with technical teams, all while managing change requests and ensuring full adherence to customer policies.
• Tech & tools stack. You will work with a modern set of project management, collaboration and workflow automation tools, including Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, planning and documentation. The role involves regular use of collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and reporting/dashboarding tools to track progress, capacity and risks (Excel and Power BI). From a technical standpoint, you will engage with systems based on cloud and API-driven architectures, interacting with engineering teams on integrations, data flows and system dependencies. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and related tooling will be key for you to effectively manage delivery.
• Team work. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating across multiple teams and organizations, including the client, partners and other third-party external companies. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills to operate effectively within a multi-stakeholder ecosystem. The working model is Agile, with cross-functional teams, iterative delivery cycles and continuous interaction with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering.
• Technical & strategic skills. 3+ years of experience in Project Management. A proven track record in the governance of complex projects is required, preferably in multidisciplinary and high-visibility environments. The ideal candidate has held roles as a Project Manager, with responsibility for the integrated management of timelines, costs, risks, stakeholders and project roadmaps. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and an end-to-end strategic vision are essential. Speaking English is a must. Speaking French as well is a plus.
• Nice to have. Certifications like CAPM and PMP will be considered a plus. Technical background in an IT domain-technical knowledge like IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps is also appreciated.
• Soft skills. Strong communication skills, cultural adaptability, proactive problem-solving and the ability to align diverse stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery in an international environment. Effective leadership and "get it done" attitude.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €35,000 to €49,000.
