WHAT YOU WILL FIND

• Cloud-Native Infrastructure & Digital Workspace. You will contribute to the design and evolution of Telco Cloud infrastructures based on virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies, while also working on digital workspace and secure remote access solutions for mission-critical environments.
• Automation & Modernization. You will help automate infrastructure processes, from provisioning and deployment to configuration management, supporting the evolution toward more efficient, scalable, and reliable operating models.
• Infrastructure Design & Delivery. You will be involved throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, validation, and optimization of infrastructure architectures.

WHAT WE OFFER

• An offer tailored to your experience. Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 31.000€ to 65.000€.. Previous experience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG and LLM Reasoning as well as in designing enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic Background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise. Experience or a strong interest in managing virtualized and cloud-native infrastructures, with knowledge of technologies such as OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, containers, and Linux systems.
• Virtualization & Digital Workspace. Knowledge of virtualization and remote access technologies, Windows Server environments, and core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Automation & Operations. Interest in infrastructure automation and modern operational practices, with a focus on building reliable, scalable, and efficient platforms.
• Collaboration & Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
