Position Details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

• Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract with path to permanent contract (contrato sem termo).

Key Responsibilities

• Multilingual Support: Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional approach.
• Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide accurate, timely information.
• Brand Advocacy: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service that reflects positively on top global brands.
• System Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, support tickets, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Languages: Native or C1/C2 Fluent Italian paired with B2 level English (working proficiency).
