• Adversarial AI & Defense. You will design and implement defense strategies to make AI systems more resilient against attacks such as prompt injection, data poisoning, and model inversion. You will contribute to defining security controls, validation mechanisms, and hardening practices to protect AI models, data, and pipelines.
• Privacy Engineering. You will develop solutions to ensure data protection and compliance with privacy requirements, applying techniques such as Differential Privacy and cryptography. You will contribute to designing AI systems that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and the responsible use of sensitive information.

Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B2 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 33,200€ to 65,000€. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as LLM Security, AI Red Teaming, Adversarial Machine Learning, Secure AI Engineering as well as in designing and implementing secure, resilient and Responsible AI solutions will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic Background. You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, and you have developed a strong understanding of security principles applied to digital systems.
• Cybersecurity Background. Professional experience in cybersecurity applied to software development or data. Ability to anticipate risks and design systems that are resilient “by design.”
• Knowledge of AI Security. Familiarity with the specific vulnerabilities of Machine Learning models and GenAI.
• Consulting mindset. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
