• Design and development of intelligent robotics systems. You will contribute to the design and development of autonomous and collaborative robotics solutions, supporting the integration of software and hardware components.
• AI for perception, decision and control. You will develop models and pipelines for environmental perception, object recognition, autonomous navigation, motion planning and human-machine interaction, combining Machine Learning and decision-making logic.
• Real projects. You will work on intelligent robotics solutions in real-world environments, with a focus on integration, reliability and software quality.
• Mentoring and coaching. You will work side by side with experienced professionals: every project represents a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills.

WHAT WE OFFER

• We value your talent. From day one, we offer a permanent contract or an apprenticeship contract, depending on your profile.
• A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

• Strong academic background. We believe a solid foundation is an excellent starting point for tackling complex technological challenges. We are therefore looking for an outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Drive for excellence. You are not satisfied with something that merely works: you constantly strive to improve it in terms of performance and scalability.
• Collaboration and communication. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for robotics and applied AI. You are interested in autonomous systems, intelligent robots, Computer Vision or Machine Learning and want to work on real solutions.
