In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire data-related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.

Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of AI platform engineering. In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers.

In particular, you will:

• Develop core services of the AI Platform, including self-service access to LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management;
• Design and build platform capabilities that help product teams develop, deploy, and operate AI-powered applications at scale;
• Drive the evolution of the platform through user feedback, platform telemetry, and collaboration with stakeholders;
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Units to enable the next generation of AI-powered products across TeamSystem;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future direction of the platform.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 4-5 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, backend engineering, or similar roles;
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Familiarity with Python backend development (we use FastAPI);
• Interest in AI technologies and in building platforms that enable AI adoption at scale;
• Good understanding of software architecture and scalable system design;
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or MCP servers, as well as familiarity with observability, monitoring and telemetry solutions, platform engineering and developer experience initiatives, and AI governance, security, or cost management topics will be considered a plus.

• Total compensation: € 41.000 - € 52.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
